The wine is made with Macabeo and Xarel-lo grapes from our own vineyards. After the first winter, sugar and the herbal formula are added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine in chestnut barrels from the 60's used in its time for the transport of wine and adapted today to the storage of vermouth.
