The 2023 The Flower And The Bee Sousón is surprisingly aromatic and bright, with even grapey aromas. It has a vibrant palate with balance and freshness and is medium-bodied, with 12.2% alcohol and very good acidity. It matured in 500- and 600-liter barrels for four months. It develops the classical honeyed and waxy note with time in the glass. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2024.
