Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The eponymous red 2022 Orto was produced with a blend of 56% Cariñena, 29% Garnacha Tinta, 9% Ull de Llebre and 6% Picapoll Tinto. It's an elegant, fruit-driven and characterful red blend with freshness and moderate alcohol (13.19%), a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins, with aromas and flavors of berries, herbs and a tasty palate. It matured in used French oak barrels for six months. 10,700 bottles produced. It was bottled in early spring 2023.
