Description
Nada Futur is a young red wine made by Vandal Wine Winery from the Garnacha grape variety. These grapes come from vineyards over thirty years old.
At a gastronomic level it is the ideal accompaniment to meals such as Iberian sausages, white meats and dinners with friends.
Elaboration
It is made using a traditional system, being the result of a careful process of manual harvesting of the Garnacha grape variety. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts contained in the grapes themselves, without sulfite at any stage of the process, without stabilizing except with the help of the cold of winter in the area, without filtering.
At the end of the process, it is bottled unfiltered.
Taste
This red wine stands out for its fruity character and freshness. In the mouth it is intense and delicious, with sweet and round tannins. It is a tasty and juicy wine.
Easy to drink and pleasant to drink.
Nada Futur is a young red wine to which nothing is added or subtracted. It is made with the least interventionist winemaking process possible, leaving the Garnacha grape to express its character. Its growing and winemaking methods guarantee its excellent flavor and nuances.
