Maxim Lannay Not In Your Face Pet Nat is an aged white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety in the Jura region by the Maxim Lannay winery in France.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is carried out in the winery after direct pressing of the grapes. Maceration is carried out for two months. The fermentation of the grapes is done very slowly with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
The wine is aged for 12 months in used oak barrels. Maxim Lannay Not In Your Face Pet Nat is bottled unfiltered, unclarified and unsulphited.

Maxim Lannay Not In Your Face Pet Nat is a wine with fruity and floral aromas and herbal notes. The palate is medium to light bodied with fruity flavours and citrus overtones with noticeable acidity for energy and ageing potential.
