They have changed the label of the Vendimia Seleccionada to 2013 Finca Valentina, but it's still the same wine from a cool and wet year. The wine has the natural concentration of the old vines and the freshness from the year, and it has had time to settle in bottle, where it's been since late 2015. The fruit is ripe without excess, and there is a clear, earthy touch, with some dusty tannins and a balanced palate where the flavors are focused and the finish clean. It's ready now, but it should be able to hold for a few more years. 6,000 bottles produced.
