Description
L'Ether Créatif Tupi Ararinha is an ancestral sparkling rosé wine made by Marina Santos and Israel Dedea in the Jura region of France. This wine is produced from Grenache grapes purchased in Violes, Côte du Rhône, from the organically farmed Domaine L'Odylée winery.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed by hand and directly pressed with a vertical hydraulic press. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous in tanks and culminates in the bottle, without the addition of sulphites, producing 1,000 bottles.
Taste
The taste of L'Ether Créatif Tupi Ararinha is distinguished by its fresh and vibrant character, with fruity notes reminiscent of high quality red Grenache. This wine has a balanced acidity and fine bubbles that give it a creamy and pleasant texture on the palate. The nuances of red fruits and a floral touch are harmoniously integrated, providing a complex and enveloping taste experience.
