Description
The wine L'Ange Vin Camille Robinot is produced by the magnificent winery Jean Pierre Robinot in the Loire Valley in France. Its creator works under a biodynamic approach which allows him to produce natural, fine and subtle wines of great quality.
His great experience stands out in each of his creations, and is one of the main reasons why he is considered an icon of organic viticulture in France. He was also one of the first to found a natural wine bar in Paris, which he sold a few years ago.
Winemaking
The reserve red wine L'Ange Vin Camille Robinot is made with grapes of the Pineau d'Aunis variety, coming from vines more than 100 years old. One of the main characteristics of the wines produced by Jean Pierre Robinot is that this winegrower ensures that the whole process is carried out organically, without adding chemical additives.
Therefore, this wine is fermented spontaneously, then aged for about three years in used French oak barrels. Finally, L'Ange Vin Camille Robinot is bottled without adding sulphites, fining or filtering.
Taste
It is an intense and deep wine of great finesse and elegance. L'Ange Vin Camille Robinot has a soft taste of red berries, spicy notes and aromatic herbs. It has pleasant tannins and is an exquisite wine to drink.
