Gómez Cruzado Blanco is a blend of native varieties, such as Viura (75%) and a small proportion of 25% Tempranillo. These grapes come from vineyards located at a high altitude on a slight slope in Haro.
The soil composition of these vineyards is stony, alluvial, with a layer of pebbles on the surface with a limestone horizon at depth. There are low yields per vine and minimal tillage practices for soil conservation.
It is a red wine that can be used gastronomically as an aperitif and accompaniment to white meats, baked white fish, blue fish and poultry.
The grapes are harvested by hand.

Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast at a constant temperature. Half of the volume is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels without toasting with its fine lees and the rest is aged with its fine lees as well, in a concrete tank.
It is an intense, delicate, very pleasant white wine, which stands out for its expressiveness and freshness. In the mouth it is round, easy to drink, with good acidity, soft tannins and fruity aftertaste.

Gómez Cruzado Blanco is a white wine made with Viura and a small percentage of white Tempranillo. The Viura adds elegance and finesse and affinity with the barrel, and the white Tempranillo white fruitiness and vertical acidity. It is a worthy representative of the Bodegas y Viñedos Gómez Cruzado with a clear typicity of the reserves of the Barrio de la Estación in Haro.
