Tempranillo Pampaneo Natural is a fruity red wine made from 100% Cencibel grapes, also known as Tempranillo. The grapes come from vineyards over 25 years old, with sandy and clay soils, located at 750 metres above sea level.
Like other examples of Bodega Esencia Rural, it is a wine obtained through biodynamic techniques, which allow the fruit to express the naturalness of the grape in flavour and aroma.
The Tempranillo Pampaneo Natural wine is a red wine obtained from the artisan treatment of the Tempranillo grape, where, from the harvest to the bottling, the minimum intervention of chemicals or processes that may alter the naturalness of the grape is ensured.
After the grapes are harvested, they are completely destemmed and macerated for 2 months in stainless steel tanks. After this phase, the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation with the grape's indigenous yeasts, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
The fruit is then gently pressed to extract the must and aged in earthenware jars.
Finally, the liquid is bottled without adding sulphites or undergoing a filtering or clarification process.
Tempranillo Pampaneo Natural Tiene is a red wine with aromas dominated by red fruits, flowers, spices and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is intense, but with a fresh touch provided by the fruity tonality. It is characterised by being very fragrant, with a presence of tannins and a medium length in the mouth.
A velvety wine
The Tempranillo Pampaneo Natural wine is defined as a velvety wine, thanks to its flavour and the smooth and dense texture it leaves in the mouth. It is an excellent choice to accompany dishes made with veal, lamb or poultry.
