Blend of grape juice from the 2022 vintage and perpetual reserve wines (35%) from a solera started in 1982. Fermented with indigenous yeasts for 18 months in oak barrels and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing of 18 months and a final dosage of 2 g/l (Extra Brut).
