Winemaking
The production of Comando G Villanueva begins with a separate fermentation by parcels, using gentle maceration techniques and avoiding aggressive extractions. This process highlights the purity and expression of the terroir. The wine is aged for 10 months in 20 hl barrels, which contributes to its complexity without overshadowing the intrinsic characteristics of the Garnacha.
