Clos Lentiscus 41º Rosé Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made from Samsó grapes by the Clos Lentiscus winery in the Penedès DO (Catalonia).
The vineyards where the grapes for the production of this sparkling wine come from were planted on sandy and calcareous soils. These vineyards are centenary and are surrounded by Mediterranean forest and are cultivated following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness. The vinification process is carried out using truly artisanal methods.
In the winery, the grapes are cold macerated for 24 months and then carefully pressed. Fermentation then begins in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and ends with a second fermentation in the bottle with its fine lees for 60 months and a residual sugar of less than 2 g/l.
In order to achieve the maximum expression of this sparkling wine, strict biodynamic canons have been followed throughout the entire winemaking process.
Clos Lentiscus Rosé N 41 is a fruity sparkling wine with complex aromas of fruit notes, citrus, fresh floral notes and hints of Mediterranean plants.
The palate is unctuous, fruity and fresh with acidic taste sensations. A medium-bodied sparkling wine with integrated bubbles and a persistent finish.

Clos Lentiscus Rosé N 41 is an aromatic and dry sparkling wine produced by the Clos Lenticus winery. This winery belongs to a family of winemakers whose aim is to capture the essence of the terroir in their wines.
