Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing of 24 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulphites and no final dosage.
Description
Chavost Blanc d'Assemblage Brut Nature is a white Champagne made from Chardonnay, Meunier and a small amount of Pinot Noir by the Chavost winery in France.
The grapes of this exquisite Champagne come from vineyards cultivated with sustainable agriculture techniques on a clay-limestone soil.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum moment of ripeness of the grapes. Fermentation is carried out with spontaneous, airborne yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation also took place naturally.
The wine was then racked into the bottle and aged for at least 20 months before disgorging without a gram of sugar or a single dose of sulphur. Once ready, they were not clarified before bottling, nor were they acidified or deacidified.

Chavost Blanc d'Assemblage Brut Nature is a white champagne with amazing fruity and mineral aromas. The palate is refreshing, full of energy and crystalline purity, with a pleasant acidity, a strong structure, smoothness and perfect balance. It is to be enjoyed now and for years to come - a real pleasure!

Chavost Blanc d'Assemblage Brut Nature is a delicious natural champagne made from three grapes from the historic village of Chavot-Courcourt, giving you a pure and sublime experience.
The grapes come from an estate created in 1946 and now 5 hectares of vineyards are cultivated that have officially converted to organic farming.
Gastronomically it is extremely versatile, perfect both as an aperitif and appreciated during a wide variety of meals.
