Caligo Vi de Boira is a red wine produced in Barcelona. This wine is made from Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni grapes and is characterised by its intense aroma of ripe black fruits and spicy notes. In the mouth, it is smooth and silky, with a long and persistent finish.

Winemaking
The winemaking process of Caligo Vi de Boira begins with the selection of the best Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected before being destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged for 3 years in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is bottled and rests in the cellar for at least another six months before being released to the market.
The whole process is carried out with a focus on sustainable viticulture, in the interest of preserving the environment.

Caligo Vi de Boira is a red wine with an intense and balanced flavour. That said, on the palate, there isa pleasant acidity and silky smoothness.
Its notes of ripe black fruits combine with hints of spices from the ageing in oak barrels. On the finish, there is a lingering and pleasant aftertaste.
