Description
Beaufort Frères Brut Nature is an organic, biodynamic and natural sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir in the Burgundy region of France. The Beaufort Frères winery, run by descendants of Andrè Beaufort, is renowned for its organic and biodynamic farming practices. The vineyards are worked by hand, respecting the natural balance of the soil, which is enriched with vegetable compost produced on the farm. Yields per vine are low and the grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached optimum ripeness.
Winemaking
The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest. The must is left to settle for 12 hours before alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method, with the addition of cane sugar or concentrated must and natural yeasts for a period of 15 months.

Beaufort Frères Brut Nature stands out as a fruity sparkling wine, with aromas of white fruits and subtle mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, long and well-structured, with a silky texture and an aromatic depth that makes it ideal to enjoy at leisure.
