The pure Albariño 2023 Parcela Eiraverda has a more 'natural' profile but keeps the precision and cleanliness. It was produced with grapes from a plot in the Sil Valley, the old clone with small berries, picked between the third and seventh of September. Only one barrel didn't go through malolactic, and he uses some Sherry casks and plays with flor in most of the whites, but here it's very subtle. It's a different style of Albariño, keeping the character and with great freshness.
