The Dona Branca Varietal 2023 Areas de Rei was produced with grapes from the zone of Monterrei on sandy soils, very old vines, picked early when the grapes are crunchy. It is a little austere and has some mushroom aromas, hints of spices and pollen with freshness. It has notes of dry hay and straw and a more Mediterranean nose than the other whites.
