Txakoli Itsasmendi is the result of the coupage of the Hondarrabi zuri and Hondarrabi zuri zerratie vineyards. This wine reflects the geological diversity and unique microclimate of each plot where these grapes are grown. Sustainable viticulture and innovative oenology play a crucial role in the distinctive expression of this txakoli. With an approximate alcohol content of 12 degrees, Itsasmendi is characterised by being naturally fresh, harmonious, round and persistent in the mouth, with a slightly bitter and elegant finish. This young txakoli stands out for its balance, freshness and harmony.
