Description
Cosmic Vitalitat wine is defined as a revitalising and fresh drink, as it manages to balance the native Catalan varieties in a sparkling flavour that invites you to enjoy a unique experience.
In addition to the citrus and fruity tones, it provides the palate with a bubbly sensation with a balanced acidity and a prolonged permanence, which denotes the presence of tannins.
Cosmic Vitalitat wine is made from vines between 15 and 50 years old, grown in calcareous clay soils, which give it a particular flavour.
Elaboration
Cosmic Vitalitat wine is the result of processing Parellada and Muscat of Alexandria grapes, grown using organic farming techniques and harvested by hand in 15 kg crates.
The grapes, which are still in their skins, are also macerated for a period of 3 days. Afterwards, the must is gently drained without pressing.
The fermentation of the fruit takes place spontaneously, using indigenous yeasts. It is important to note that this process begins in stainless steel barrels and ends in the bottle.
The ageing phase is carried out on its fine lees, and after the stipulated period, the wine is bottled until it is ready for consumption.
