Description
The Cosmic El Teu Mar Les Meves Muntanyes wine is a unique expression of friendship and terroir, bringing together the Red, White and Grey Garnachas of Banyuls (the sea) and the White, Grey and Red Carignan of Agullana (the mountains). This table wine, from the regions of Banyuls and Empordà, is a limited edition of 980 bottles, reflecting a careful selection and a focus on quality.
The viticulture used is organic, with vines located on slate and sandy granite soils, at altitudes varying between 150 and 650 metres. The exposure of the vines is mainly south and south-east, benefiting from a pre-Pyrenean Mediterranean climate. The vines are traditionally goblet pruned, respecting ancestral viticultural practices.
Winemaking
Vinification includes a manual harvest, with 50% of the Garnacha grapes undergoing carbonic maceration for 10 days and subsequent pressing. The other 50%, made up of Carignan, is foot trodden and macerated with skins and stems for 7 days before pressing. Fermentation is spontaneous, using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees for 3 months, without filtering or stabilisation, and contains less than 10 mg/l of total sulphites.

Cosmic El Teu Mar Les Meves Muntanyes offers a vibrant and captivating palette of flavours. With each sip, notes of blueberry, red cherry, pomegranate and raspberry unfold, creating a symphony of red fruits that delight the palate. This wine is characterised by soft tannins, making it exceptionally approachable and pleasant. The acidity is medium-high, providing a freshness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit. With a medium alcohol content and a medium-light body, this wine presents itself as an elegant and well-structured option.
