Description
Cros Lentiscus Love Potion is a white wine made from a rich blend of Muscat, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Xarel-lo Vermell grape varieties by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Penedès (Catalonia).
These grapes come from vineyards planted in sandy and calcareous soils and cultivated in the protected Natural Park of Garraf (Penedès).
The vineyards are cultivated by hand and no chemicals are added to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard, helping to maintain biodiversity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in 55-litre demijohns. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 36 months in the same type of container and bottled in an ascending moon.
Taste
Cros Lentiscus Love Potion is a white wine with a heady aroma of tropical and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is a round, fragrant, pleasant, tender and decidedly salty white wine with a high complexity of flavour.
