The red wine Ca' Di Mat Valautín Garnacha is produced by a family farm called Ca' Di Mat with the red Grenache grape variety. It is located in Sierra de Gredos and comprises a total of 20 hectares where vineyards, almond trees, olive trees and orchards coexist.
This winery was founded by Curro Bareño and Jesús Olivares who dared to start making wine in the winery, after two projects in the Ribeira Sacra. They have focused on the maximum expression of the terroir, in order to translate everything into a sincere and delicate wine.
The wine Ca' Di Mat Valautín Garnacha comes from small vineyards, being old vines planted on granitic soils and with different orientations to the sun. A respectful agriculture is carried out manually, with the use of ecological sustainable practices.
The grapes are gently macerated for 90 days with the whole grapes to generate a delicate flavour. The fermentation process is carried out with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months, half in concrete and the other half in 500 litre barrels.
The red wine Ca' Di Mat Valautín offers aromas of red fruits on the nose, accompanied by pleasant balsamic and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fluid, delicate, fresh and vertical, being a wine with fine tannins and a long finish that makes it very tasty when it is tasted.

The wine Ca' Di Mat Valautín Garnacha is delicate and comes from granitic soils where the Garnacha variety stands out for its elegance and complexity. It is a very fresh wine, ideal to be paired with cold meats, pasta, red meats and appetizers to share with friends.
