As readers will remember, given the challenges of the year, Lamblot opted to release what would have been his 2017-base 'Intuition Nature' under the one-off NV Brut Nature Mouvance 17 label. This bottle, disgorged in December 2022, is a touch deeper and better integrated than the earlier disgorgement, revealing aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruits, beeswax and dried flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, bright and pillowy palate animated by an incisive spine of acidity and concluding with a saline finish.

Fermented in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing in lees of 24 months and without final dosage (Brut Nature). Hot disgorging without added sulphites.
Description
A. Lamblot's Champagne Mouvance is the result of a balanced blend of the three classic grape varieties authorised in the region: Chardonnay (33%), Pinot Noir (33%) and Meunier (34%). These grapes are harvested from the best plots of old vines near the villages of Vrigny and Chenay.
Winemaking
Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is not sought, and the wine spends more than 2 years on its own yeasts before manual racking and disgorgement is carried out completely à la volée. No final dosage is added, making it a harmonious and balanced Champagne d'assemblage.
Taste
Sweet and fruit-driven, the bouquet reveals generous hints of wax, stewed fruit and quince. The attack on the palate is frank and direct, then the generosity of candied fruit returns with notes of almondy pear. The freshness of Champagne chalk comes through with hints of zest and orange peel. The length on the palate is impressive with a light saline touch.
