Disgorged in April 2021, the latest rendition of Lamblot's NV Brut Nature Intuition Nature is based on the 2018 vintage. Bursting with aromas of pear, almond paste, buttery pastry, iodine and spices, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and charming, with a nicely concentrated core of fruit, tangy acids and chalky grip. Seamless and complete, it's a lovely wine that's already drinking well.

Description
A. Lamblot Intuition champagne is an oenological masterpiece that reflects the passion and artistry of its creator. This drink is the result of a careful selection and blending of grapes, with a blend composed of 22% Pinot noir, 12% Chardonnay and an astonishing 66% Meunier. Produced in the regions of Vrigny, Chenay and Gueux, in the Montagne de Reims, this champagne has the distinction of Premier Cru.
Winemaking
Its production follows organic and biodynamic practices, although it is not certified biodynamic. Moreover, it is governed by the lunar calendar, with disgorgement only on the fruit days of the lunar calendar. It is aged in oak and stainless steel barrels, with fermentation on lees lasting between 30 and 42 months.
Taste
The first sip of this champagne surprises and delights. Its intense, clear effervescence quickly distributes a chalky yeast flavour throughout the mouth, which soon gives way to notes of Italian peach pit ice cream. On the nose, yeast notes are first perceived, which are quickly replaced by a mineral air and a subtle hint of redcurrants.
