Description
Le Coste Litrozzo Rosato is a vibrant and natural expression of rosé wine, which comes from the Gradoli region near Lago di Bolsena in Lazio. This wine is a creation of producers Gianmarco Antonuzi and Clementine Bouveron under the Le Coste winery. It stands out for being an organic rosé wine, reflecting a commitment to sustainable agriculture and natural wine production.
Winemaking
In terms of composition, this rosé is made from a blend of old Lazio grapes. Mainly red grapes vinified with little or no skin contact are used, such as Sangiovese, Merlot and Aleatico. In addition, a white grape, Procanico, which undergoes a light maceration, is incorporated. This combination of grapes gives it a structure and wisdom that is nourished by the volcanic soils of Lake Bolsena.
