The 2021 Tiques comes from a half hectare harvested at the end of August, macerated for six days in stainless steel and finished fermenting and matured in red clay tinaja and a short time in French oak. He uses no added sulfur, but the wines are precise and clean; he'd add sulfur if it was needed, but the way he works with skins created a reductive environment and doesn't need added sulfur. The wines have moderate ripeness and 11% alcohol. 980 bottles produced. 2021 was dry and with normal yields.

Winemaking
Grapes are fermented with skin contact for first 10 days . Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 3 weeks in French oak barrels and subsequently for 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled without sulfur.
