Between 14ºC and 16ºC
Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a red wine made exclusively with the Tempranillo grape variety by Bodegas Emilio Moro under the D.O. Ribera del Duero appellation.
The grapes come from vines aged between 5 and 15 years in Resalso Finca, a vineyard planted in 1932 on clay-limestone-stony soil in Pesquera de Duero.
The grapes are harvested by hand. Once in the winery after fermentation, the wine macerates for 12 days with its own skins and then undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days.
After maceration and fermentation, this wine is aged for four months in French and American oak.
Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a fruity and somewhat spicy wine. On the palate it is very balanced, with a persistent but ripe tannin, good acidity and pleasant aftertaste, with a long aftertaste and pleasant memories.
A red wine from Ribera del Duero.
The history of Bodega Emilio Moro is the story of a family dedicated to wine that for more than half a century has based its work on its identification with the territory, which allows them to make wines with soul.
Emilio Moro Finca Resalso is a red wine framed within this family tradition and is the pure expression of the tempranillo variety.
In the gastronomic field, this is a wine that will perfectly accompany red meat dishes with sauce, white meats, rice dishes with meat, sausages, grilled red meats, lightly seasoned salads, risottos and vegetables.
