The 2019 Colet Navazos Brut Nature was sold until 2018 as Extra Brut, but as it's bone dry, they had to change the name to Brut Nature. To make things easier for everyone, this is the one with the orange label, from the collaboration with Penedès producer of sparkling wine Colet. This was put in bottle to referment in March 2020 (tirage) and disgorged in October 2022. It's a sparkling Xarello, but the disgorged bottles were topped up with a little Palo Cortado. It has a more developed nose, more Sherry character from the extra time, and a polished and more gentle palate and mouthfeel. 3,200 bottles produced.
