The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the clusters of Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Tempranillo grapes from the same vineyard. They come from vineyards planted at 480 metres above sea level.
The vineyard is located on terraced slopes with a clayey, calcareous and sandy structure characteristic of the upper Najerilla area of the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain, an ideal soil for the grapes to be exquisite!
In the winery, the grapes are macerated for 12 hours in the press. The fermentation process is carried out for 15 to 20 days in small wooden vats of not very large capacity of about 2000 litres at a controlled temperature of around 16-18 °C. At the end of fermentation, the wine rests for 3 months. Before bottling, the wine is cold stabilised.
Muga Rosé is a wine that shows a blend of fresh floral aromas, very subtle and delicate.
A pleasantly balanced wine, with a surprising complexity.
In the Muga Rosé wine, floral and fruity tones are perfectly combined with a refreshing integrated and balanced acidity.
It is a special drink, ideal for any time of the year, combining the qualities of white and red wine.
In the gastronomic area it is the ideal accompaniment to dishes such as seafood, pasta, rice dishes and salads.
