Description
The Frisach L'Anit wine is a single varietal red wine, made with Carignan grapes from vines over 80 years old. These vines have been cultivated under strict ecological measures that guarantee the naturalness of this wine.
This wine, as well as other wines from this winery, was made to pay homage to those who make possible the production of these majestic wines, and the rescue of many grape varieties of the sector. It is a red wine that denotes in its taste the elegance and naturalness that defines it.
Winemaking
The Frisach L'Anit wine is made with perfectly selected Cariñena grapes to ensure that the fruit has the optimum level of ripeness at the time of harvesting to guarantee its unique flavour.
The must is then extracted and macerated for a short time in cement barrels. It is then subjected to temperature-controlled organic fermentation, and finally it is bottled without the addition of chemicals or sulphites that alter its flavour and aroma.
Taste
Frisach L'Anit wine has an entry that tasters consider to be gourmand, combining fruity flavours with floral notes. On the palate, you will taste a balanced acidity with a long lingering finish and a very characteristic slight bitterness.
A wild wine
The wine Frisach L'Anit is defined as a wild wine because it does not have among its components, the addition of sulphites or chemical elements for its preservation. However, for the oenologists, this definition is also related to the experience of tasting a wine that enlivens the sensations both in flavours and aromas.
