Description
Ve d'Avior Son Llebre is a white wine made from 80% Giró Ros grapes and 20% Malvasía. It is a wine defined as low alcohol and minimal intervention, which denotes the delicacy of its structure in each sip.
It is within the catalogue of the Ve d'Avior winery's fluid wines, but at the same time it achieves a clear expression of the processed fruit, due to the fact that it is treated using artisanal techniques.
It is classified as a high-end white wine, as it is unique in its flavour and texture, offering the taster a unique tasting experience.
Elaboration
The production of Ve d'Avior Son Llebre wine is the result of processing Giró Ros and Malvasia grapes, grown in clay loam soil, which largely determines its particular flavour.
When the fruit has reached its optimum state of ripeness, it is harvested by hand, taking care to respect the naturalness of the process.
Once the must has been extracted, it undergoes a spontaneous fermentation process with indigenous yeasts, using stainless steel barrels. The vinification phase is carried out in French oak barrels for a period of 4 months before bottling.

Ve d'Avior Son Llebre is a wine with fruity tones and very accentuated spicy touches. Although its taste is light, the minerality of its flavour is noticeable on the palate.
