This 100% Pinot Noir comes from a small vineyard of 0.70 hectares, planted in 1988, resting on the heights of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Imagine it: 400 metres above sea level, where the air is fresh and pure, where the grapes ripen calmly, acquiring a natural elegance. The soil is another fascinating story: a bed of lava rocks and primary limestone, with a surface layer of mineral-laden reddish clays. Winemaking
