Description
AMI Bourgogne Aligoté is an aged white wine made exclusively from the Aligoté grape variety in the Burgundy region.
The grapes come from old organic vineyards planted on clay and limestone soils. These vineyards have been cultivated using organic farming techniques with biodynamic treatments and following the lunar cycles in each of the processes.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. The Aligoté grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control. The wine is aged for 11 months in used French oak barrels. The resulting wine is bottled without fining, filtering or adding SO2.
Taste
AMI Bourgogne Aligoté is a clear, fresh and pleasant white wine, characterised by its rather explosive fruity aromas. Easy to drink and light on the palate with a balanced acidity, it is a very pleasant wine!

This Aligoté is one of the best ever tasted, the result of the combined knowledge of two great wine-loving friends Paul Marchand-Perarnau and Willy Roulendes.
The Aligoté grape variety is an ancient grape variety from Burgundy and is characterised by being a vigorous and quite productive variety with an early ripening.
In the gastronomic field, this is a suitable white wine for a romantic dinner and will perfectly accompany rice dishes with meat, fish and sushi.
