1. Domaine de l’Ecu Orthogneiss 2018

The aged white wine Domaine de l’Ecu Orthogneiss 2018 is a biodynamic, light and crisp wine, special to enjoy with a good seafood dish. With 12.5% alcohol, it is a wine made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, aged on the lees for 18 months.

2. Luneau Papin Terre de Pierre 2019

Another French wine ideal for this type of meal, which also comes from the Loire region and is made entirely from the Melon de Bourgogne variety, is the non-vintage white wine Luneau Papin Terre de Pierre 2019, from Domaine Luneau Papin. With 12% alcohol content, this biodynamic wine undergoes a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and an ageing of 17 months on lees.

3. Cíes Tinto 2019

A fragrant and light wine, the Cíes Tinto 2019 crianza red wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Rodrigo Méndez de Galicia is another great option for pairing with seafood. With 12% alcohol, made from Caiño, Loureiro and Espadeiro and a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 1500 litre foudres.

4. Granito Cru Alvarinho 2019

Granito Cru Alvarinho 2019 is a green wine from Luis Seabra Vinhos de Portugal. Deep and mineral, it is another great example when it comes to accompanying seafood. With 12.5% alcohol, made from 100% Alvariño, alcoholic fermentation and ageing for nine months, this is a wine that will captivate you.
