1. Sicus Cartoixà

The non-crianza white wine Sicus Cartoixà is made from 100% Xarel-lo, with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in 200-litre amphorae and five months of ageing, also in amphorae, with only 10% alcohol.

2. Sicus Cartoixà Marí

The orange wine Sicus Cartoixà Marí is made from the Cartoixà Vermell grape, with a two-day maceration on skins, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in 200-litre amphorae and five months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, with a mere 9.5% alcohol content.

 

3. Cartoixà Brisat

The orange wine Sicus Cartoixà Brisat is made exclusively from Xarel-lo, 10% alcohol, with a ten-day maceration on skins, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and ageing for five months in amphorae.

 

4. Acidity Lovers

The non-crianza white wine Acidity Lovers is a light and crisp wine with high acidity and only 5.5% alcohol content. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in amphorae, it is aged for three months in amphorae and three months in stainless steel tanks.

5. Sicus Garrut

The young red wine Sicus Garrut is made from 100% Garrut, with 13% alcohol content. It undergoes a 22-day maceration and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and whole grape harvest, followed by three months of ageing in amphorae and another three months in stainless steel tanks.

6. Sicus Sumoi

The young red Sicus Sumoi is fragrant and light, made from 100% Sumoi, with 11% alcohol, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in amphorae and ageing for five months also in amphorae.

7. Sicus Malvasia

Sicus Malvasía is a fragrant, aromatic, non-crianza white wine, with only 10% alcohol, made from the Malvasía variety from Sitges.

 

8. Sicus Cru Marí Vermell 

The sparkling wine Sicus Cru Marí Vermell is a light and vibrant wine, with 11.5% alcohol and made from 100% Xarel-lo Vermell.

9. Sicus Cru Blanc

The light and vibrant Sicus Cru Blanc sparkling wine is made from 100% Xarel-lo, with 11.5% alcohol content and a minimum ageing of 45 months in the bottle before disgorging.

10. Sicus Garrut Sassy

The young red Sicus Garrut Sassy is a fruity and juicy wine, with 11% alcohol content, made from 100% Garrut and aged for six months in amphorae.
