1. Koehler-Ruprecht Kallstadter Saumagen Riesling Auslese Trocken 2010

A great option to accompany your favourite meat is this white wine with aging from the German winery Weingut Koehler Ruprecht is deep and mineral, is made from the Riesling variety and has an alcohol content of 13%.

It is an organic wine, made from a process of spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and ageing in fudres for a minimum of ten months.

2. Dr. Bürklin – Wolf Forster Riesling 2017

Following the line of the Riesling, this white wine without aging of 93 Points Parker of the winery Dr. Bürklin Wolf, is another guarantee when choosing a good wine for barbacues. It is a wine with an alcohol content of 12.5%, biodynamic and with a screw cap.

3. Cinque Campi Rosso 2019

Turning to the field of sparkling wines, this ancestral Cinque Campi winery, is a success when it comes to barbacues. With an alcoholic volume of 12%, it is made from the Lambrusco variety.

It is a natural wine, which goes through an alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, to be bottled after six months for a second fermentation. The bottling is done without clarification or filtering, and it does not have added sulfites either.

4. Claude Desvignes Morgon La Voûte Saint-Vincent 2018

As far as red wines are concerned, this copy of the Louis Claude Desvignes winery, with 91 Parker Points, is a great option. With an alcohol content of 13.0%, this young, fruity and juicy red wine is made 100% from the Gamay variety, through a semi-carbon maceration in cement tanks.

 

5. Combe aux Rêves Le Communard 2018

Another young red wine that is worth trying with a good meat is the one from La Combe aux Rêves winery. Made from a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, it has an alcohol content of 12.5%.

It is a natural wine, without filtering, clarification or added sulfites, which goes through a process of carbonic maceration for eight days with whole grapes without de-stemming and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, followed by an aging of 24 months in tanks.
