Fruity white wine, an ideal ally for this summer

The fruity white wines stand out for their delicious fruit flavour and their aromas that can take us to the meadows and fresh fruit fields.

The fruity aromas and flavours are a consequence of the varieties of fruit and the techniques of winemaking. The word fruity usually comes from the primary aromas and fermentation.

The aroma of fruit brings back pleasant memories of home and life, from bananas, apples, pineapples, peaches, to the freshness of lemons recall moments of enjoyment and delight.

The most characteristic feature of a white wine, just like the fruity white wine, is the variety: the Godello, the Albariño or the Chardonnay. These have a potential of aromas and varieties that in their point of maturation mark the departure for the manufacture of a good fruity white wine.
