The sparkling wine Ancestral Xarel·lo is made from 100% of this indigenous and emblematic variety of the Penedès region, with 12% alcohol, naturally, through spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing in the bottle before disgorging.
5. White wine Xarel·lo Vinya del Noguer
The non-crianza white wine Xarel·lo Vinya del Noguer is a natural wine with 93 Parker Points, made from 100% Xarel·lo, with 13% alcohol, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without sulphites, without fining and without filtering.
Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva de la Finca sparkling wine is made from a blend of the native varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo, with 12% alcohol and a minimum ageing of 3 years in the bottle.
