Cabernet Sauvignon Day: Selection of Cabernet Sauvignon wines

Cabernet Sauvignon wines are long-lived wines with great ageing potential, deep colour, tannins and acidity. They are usually blended with other varieties, such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc or Petit Verdot, to bring softness and a fruity character to the wine.

To celebrate International Cabernet Sauvignon Day, here is a selection of wines made largely or entirely from this great grape variety.
