It has a 14% alcoholic volume and is made from Alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged for 18 months in used French oak barrels.
2. Pascal Doquet Horizon Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
Pascal Doquet Horizon Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a 90 Parker Point biodynamic Champagne from Pascal Doquet. Light and vibrant, 100% Chardonnay, with 12,5% alcohol and aged for 36 months in bottle before disgorging.

The Antonio Madeira Branco Vinhas Velhas 2018 is an aromatic and fragrant white Crianza wine, with 13.5% alcohol, made from a blend of the local varieties Arinto, Bical, Sercial, Encruzado, Fernao Pires and Sires.
