Georg Breuer’s Riesling, the Georg Breuer Rüdesheim Estate 2017, is another great choice for those with a passion for acidity. At 12% alcohol, this is a deep, mineral wine.

3. Clandestin Les Grandes Lignes Brut Nature

It’s not all Rieslings when it comes to acidity, so we suggest you try this wonderful 92 Parker Points biodynamic champagne from Champagne Clandestin. Clandestin Les Grandes Lignes Brut Nature is made from 100% Chardonnay, with 12% alcohol.
It is a light and vibrant wine, made from a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged in French oak foudres, and aged for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle before disgorgement.

4. O Raio Da Vella Albariño 2019
