Another great option for fans of spiciness is Kumpf Meyer’s aged white wine, Kumpf & Meyer Alsace Je Suis de Marne 2017. A natural, exclusive, aromatic and fragrant wine.
It has 13.5% alcohol, and is made from a blend of Riesling, Gwürztraminer and Pinot Noir. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged for 18 months in barrels. It is bottled unclarified, unfiltered and without added sulphites.
