In its production, it goes through a process of spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and natural clarification by cold, and then bottled without sulfur.
2. Daterra Portela Do Wento Granito 2019
Daterra Portela Do Vento Granito 2019 Crianza red wine from Daterra Viticultores is a deep and complex wine with 12% alcohol content, made from Mencía and Garnacha Tintorera. In its production, it goes through a maceration with the skins for 15 days, a spontaneous acloholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, an aging of 11 months and bottled without fining or filtering.
