1. Beaufort Frères Brut Nature
Beaufort Frères Brut Nature is a light and vibrant natural champagne from André Beaufort, from the Burgundy region of France. It is a 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine, with 12% alcohol and a minimum aging of 15 months in bottle.

2. Babak is Back 2020
If you like crazy ancestral, Babak is Back 2020 is the wine for you. From Etienne Horbach, this sparkling wine from the Jura region is a 100% Chardonnay with only 11.5% alcohol and an unclarified, unfiltered bottling with no added sulfites.

3. Pepe Raventós Ancestral Xarel.lo 2017
Pepe Raventós Ancestral Xarel.lo 2017 by Pepe Raventós is a natural sparkling wine from Penedés, made from the area’s native Xarel.lo grape, with 12% alcohol and aged in bottle before disgorgement.

4. Vouette & Sorbée Blanc Blanc d’Argile Brut Nature
The Vouette & Sorbée Blanc Blanc d’Argile Brut Nature is a 91 Parker Points biodynamic champagne, 100% Chardonnay, with 12% alcohol content and aged for a minimum of 36 months in bottle before disgorgement.

5. Clos Lentiscus Núria Cartoixà Vermell 2018
The Clos Lentiscus Núria Cartoixà Vermell 2018 is an ancestral wine from the Clos Lentiscus winery made from 100% Cartoixà Vermell, with 10.5% alcohol and aged for a minimum of 9 months in bottle before disgorgement.
