Description
Nada Revolucion Blanc is a non-crianza white wine produced by the Vandal Wine Cellar. This wine is made from grapes of the varieties Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Macabeo from vineyards planted with an average age of more than 30 years.
On a gastronomic level it is the ideal accompaniment for sushi and as an aperitif on any very special occasion.
Elaboration
Nada Revolucion Blanc is made from a grape harvest when the grapes are at their ideal point of ripeness.
To obtain the best wine, the grapes must be splendid. This wine is made without any chemical products. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts contained in the grapes themselves, without sulphites at any stage of the process, without stabilising other than with the help of the cold of winter in the area, without filtering.
Finally, when the wine is finally finished, it is bottled without filtering.
Taste
It is a white wine with a light, crisp style, fresh, young and vibrant character and moderate acidity.
A magnificent white wine without ageing
It is an original wine from the Languedoc Roussillon region in the south of France. This region gives rise to the production of excellent young and fresh wines. It comes from the application of traditional production methods that guarantee its peculiar taste and nuances.
