Winemaking
Júlia Bernet Rosat Camí dels Vidriers is made using the traditional method, also known as the champenoise method. This process involves a second fermentation in the bottle, which allows for the development of the fine bubbles characteristic of this wine. The ageing is carried out on the lees for a specific period of time, which adds complexity and richness to the wine. Being a Brut Nature, no sugar is added in the final dosage, resulting in a dry and pure wine, ideal for palates seeking authenticity and freshness. The Xarel-lo Vermell and Garnacha grapes are grown on stony soils, which gives the wine a distinctive minerality.
