Description
This mineral white wine produced by the Oriol Artigas winery has a powerful taste in the mouth, with a delicate fruity flavour and a smoky finish. We are talking about a wine that leaves everyone speechless and surprised by its depth and intensity, but at the same time by its exquisiteness, as its effervescence is fun and pleasant.
No doubt Oriol Artigas hit the mark with this wine, which is perfect for a romantic dinner.
Winemaking
La Perla wine is made naturally in Alella, Catalonia, with Pansa Blanca Xarel.lo grapes grown in vineyards over 70 years old on stoneware soils.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were macerated for 12 days on the skins and fermented with natural yeasts. The wine La Perla de Oriol Artigas is aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees and no sulphites are added at any time during the process.
Taste
The white wine La Perla de Oriol Artigas has a slightly cloudy yellow colour, a rather strong smell and a dry and fruity taste. It is a powerful but smooth, slightly acidic wine. As if that were not enough, it is a mineral wine with some effervescence. Its fine mousse has a solid, smoky taste.

Undoubtedly, one of the most recommended wines to accompany pasta, veal and poultry is La Perla de Oriol Artigas.
