For more than 15 years, Jean Pierre Robinot returned to his hometown in the Sarthe, France, to pursue his dream of working his own vineyards in a natural way and creating the best biodynamic wines.
L'Opéra des Vins Concerto di Venezia is a cuvée that reflects the love of its creator, Jean Pierre Robinot, for this beautiful Italian city. In addition to the name of this wine, some of the labels of the other wines reflect his admiration for the city of Venice.
Winemaking
The red wine L'Opéra des Vins Concerto di Venezia is made from grapes of the Pineau d'Aunis variety, which are purchased from the renowned organic producer Plippe Tessier.
First, the grapes are fermented in whole bunches. Then, they are pressed and transferred to be aged on the lees in oak barrels for almost a year and a half.
