Description
The name of Jean Pierre Robinot does not go unnoticed among wine lovers, as he is the creator of the renowned magazine "Le Rouge et Blanc", the natural wine bar L'AngeVin in Paris, and the natural and aromatic white wine, L'Ange Vin Lumière by Silex.
Like most of his wines, this one has been made using techniques based on biodynamic principles, avoiding the use of chemicals and striving to be respectful of the land.
Winemaking
L'Ange Vin Lumière by Silex is made from white Chenin grapes grown in the Loire Valley, France, on old vines between 40 and 50 years old, on chalky clay soils, using a biodynamic farming technique.
This wine is spontaneously and slowly fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 20 months in old wooden barrels. It is then bottled without filtering or fining, and minimal sulphites are added at any stage of the process.
Taste
This is a dry wine with high acidity, which has citrus notes with floral aromas. A red fruit flavour can be perceived in this delicate, fresh, mineral and dynamic wine. As you can see, the wine L'Ange Vin Lumière de Silex is a pure and very aromatic wine.
